scans I uploaded got deleted for highly questionable reasons.

Not to get into a meteorological argument or anything, but rain always falls in
the same direction at the same time. Obviously it doesn't fall straight down
(unless there is no wind) but it doesn't fall both left and right at the same
time either, as that's impossible.
That's the issue I had with the bg, you have rain going both left and right.
Wind cannot blow in two opposite directions at the same time.
